I am a physician executive that drives system-wide innovations to advance the enterprise’s information systems that support excellence in patient care, research, and education.

I am a coalition builder that connects the needs and perspectives of healthcare providers with the capabilities and expertise of leaders in information technology to advance clinical excellence by:

• understanding the advancement and interface of day to day clinical needs and how digital solutions could help bridge available resources to excellence in patient care
• working the lean process improvement team to foster academic collaboration in support of excellence in research
• challenging trainees and future healthcare leaders to apply systems-based thinking and digital transformation opportunity to challenge excellence in education

I hope to continue creating and executing business strategies that will make Martin’s Point a national leader in maximizing the potential of modern information technology systems.

• Co-Chair of AOHC, Strategic Planning Committee, Finance Committee and Committee on Policy, Procedures, and Public Positions, Racism Work Group
• Authored ACOEM guidelines with the use contact lens in the workplace, OEM competencies, Functional Status papers
• Authored the ACOEM Practice Guidelines with MDGuidelines for the chapter on the Eye
• Delegate for ACOEM to the American Medical Association
• Founder of Health Informatics Section
