- Co-Chair of AOHC, Strategic Planning Committee, Finance Committee and Committee on Policy, Procedures, and Public Positions, Racism Work Group
- Authored ACOEM guidelines with the use contact lens in the workplace, OEM competencies, Functional Status papers
- Authored the ACOEM Practice Guidelines with MDGuidelines for the chapter on the Eye
- Delegate for ACOEM to the American Medical Association
- Founder of Health Informatics Section
- HL7 deployment within various EMRs and EHRs
- API integration with third party vendors
